Ed Kwoka 

Ed has a successful track record of over 25 years as an entrepreneur and executive leader in the Consultative Business Industry, Marketing, and Operations Management. His experience varies across numerous industry sectors including Aviation, Healthcare, Technology, Finance, Manufacturing, and Telecommunications.
Ed completed his undergraduate degree at Thomas Edison University in Applied Science and Technologies, graduated Summa Cum Laude from Drexel Universities LeBow College of Business with an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management, and is currently a candidate of Drexel Universities Doctorate in Business Administration.
He is a specialist in launching and managing new businesses, recovering distressed businesses, and has several successful mergers and acquisitions for which he has been responsible for completing. His projects have included Geopolitical Risk Analysis for several large organizations, Market Entry Analysis for domestic and foreign organizations, and Strategic Planning.
Currently, Ed provides executive-level consulting to local and national organizations focused on Business Process Improvement, Design Thinking, and Geometric Strategic Planning. His strong business, finance, and analytical skills are put to use both professionally and for non-profit and governmental organizations.
Ed currently serves as Chairman and member of the Board of Directors for the City of Fort Lauderdale Aviation Advisory Board, member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, board member for Fort Lauderdale Infrastructure Task Force, and previously was President and board member for the Symphony Condominiums in Fort Lauderdale.
He resides in Fort Lauderdale with his wife Sandy and enjoys time with his two grown sons, Steven and Alex. His wife Sandy is active in the community as a member and leader for the Junior League of Greater Fort Lauderdale. Ed is an accomplished professional pilot of both fixed wing and helicopters and also enjoys boating and kite-boarding.

Michael Ciliberti

Michael Ciliberti has managed operations and technology to transform business for over 25 years.  Leveraging data, technology, and process, he has improved business efficiency and effectiveness in the healthcare, legal and manufacturing industries among others.

Mr. Ciliberti also has deep roots in academia and research.  He was an adjunct associate professor in Drexel University’s Math and Computer Science department. He was also Senior Program Manager at Drexel University’s Applied Informatics research laboratory delivering innovative research and software for government agencies including the Department of Defense (DARPA), the National Science Foundation (NSF), and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Prior to his work at Drexel, Mr. Ciliberti was also responsible for curriculum development and was lead instructor of the computer networking certification program at The Chubb Institute.

After 15 years of growth, Mr. Ciliberti sold the IT consulting and managed services firm he founded.  In addition, he was Managing Director of Operations for Ancero, a premier IT managed services company in the greater Philadelphia area.

Mr. Ciliberti holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Drexel University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.  He is currently pursuing his Masters of Science degree in Computer Science at Drexel University.  In his free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, playing guitar, and spending time with his family and friends.
